These transparent Terms & Conditions apply to any client placing orders with Dielectric Mirror TV trading L.L.C (DMTV-UAE).

1. General
1.1 NXT GEN Manufactures/supplies along with its collaborators, customized, premium, quality Mirror TVs but not limited to. The customer is guaranteed the most efficient practices possible at realistic prices.
1.2 The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions received by NXT GEN via the telephone, Internet, mail, e-mail and Social networks. The placement of an order through these methods indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. Terms and conditions do not affect your Consumer rights.

2. Description of Goods
2.1 All products sold are of a technical nature and we are sometimes unable to give full specifications of all products due to the nature of products upgrades. All images, descriptive matter, specifications in our advertisements, relayed by telephone and on the Internet are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description. Full details of specifications can be given through support@dmtv-uae.ae
2.2 Please note that any Special Order Item will not be accepted for refund unless faulty, as the item will be ordered especially for you and subsequently cannot be resold.
2.3 Display items are products that have been on display; they may previously have been repaired during this period or may have been mail order returned products. Each item is inspected and tested and repaired if necessary prior to being offered to customers.

3. Product & Pricing Information
3.1 All reasonable action has been taken on product specifications, images and other information published in our advertisements and on our Web site, have been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers and publications. NXT GEN cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information and prices described, published or quoted.
3.2 All prices if quoted on our Web or through email and or site are shown without delivery charges, which will be calculated after a validity of destination is confirmed.
3.3 The prices submitted at the time of enquiry are honored up to 7 working days of enquiry, after this period a new quote will have to be submitted with possibility of price fluctuation.
3.4 We at NXT GEN understand about price consciousness, so we offer a pricing structure based on market sentiments and can vary as per the specific requirements of our clients.

4. Availability
4.1 All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If the goods are not supplied as specified within a reasonable period of time, we may at NXT GEN discretion offer a similar product or will refund you if the transaction is cancelled within specified period. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or any expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods if they are delivered in a reasonable period of time.

5. Payment
5.1 All products will be paid for in advance at 100% unless stated otherwise by NXT GEN or its representative.
5.2 NXT GEN accepts all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, which is held with your credit/debit card company. Any incorrect information given will cause delays in your ordered being processed and or order being cancelled.
5.3 Your order will only be processed once an authorisation code has been received by DMTV-UAE. Cheques orders take a minimum of 5 working days from receipt until payment has cleared before work commences on order.
5.4 Please enquire at info@nxtgenuae.com for bulk order payment structure, this is at NXT GEN discretion.

6. Errors and Omissions
6.1 In the event a product is listed or quoted at an incorrect price due to an error from our suppliers or publishers we reserve the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price.

7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery of all product’s, will be completed as a door-to-door service in Dubai mainland only. Important notice! On acceptance of your delivery, if you are unable to check the contents of the package please sign the delivery note as UNCHECKED.
7.2 Large screen products will be delivered via a 2-man delivery service with delivery times between 3-12 weeks from clearance of payment. NXT GEN reserves the right to use an alternative courier service where necessary.
7.3 If an arranged and confirmed delivery date relating to a large screen product as stated in 7.2 fails due to a breach of contract by the customer then a re-delivery charge and re-scheduling fee of 350DHS will be applied to the customer’s account.
7.4 States within the UAE will all be subject to variable delivery charges and will be calculated on a state to state basis. Delivery in Dubai is calculated in pricing.
7.5 All portable products, which are available in stock, will be sent via a national courier on a 2 working day delivery service from clearance of payment.
7.6 We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and sometimes delays are outside our control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods, if they are delivered within a reasonable period of time.
7.7 Regarding failed deliveries of products (not stated in 7.2) which have been returned to us owing to a breach of contract by the consumer; Customers will receive a letter from us, advising that they have 7 days to contact us to rearrange delivery. Failing this, the product will be returned to stock and a refund will be processed less a 25% administration charge from product value.

8. Shipping
8.1 We currently ship to countries outside Dubai mainland. Please ask us about this service on our contact page.
8.2 We do ask clients outside of U.A.E to arrange their freight services and delivery to specified carrier from our warehouse to specified destination.
8.3 NXT GEN use their own Freight forwarder and we are more than happy to assist if freight is required

9. Acceptance & Risk
9.1 When the goods are delivered to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature.
9.2 From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk.
9.3 Any transit shortages and damages should be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery as this may prejudice your claim.

10. Notification of Claims
10.1 Shortages, damages and incorrect goods should be reported to NXT GEN within 3 days from receipt, any delay in doing so may prejudice your claim.

11. Product Guarantees
11.1 All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee and are covered by the stipulated guarantee period of 1 year.
11.2 Consumable products carry a minimum of 3 months guarantee i.e. batteries, memory cards. This guarantee specifically excludes faults by accident, neglect and misuse.
11.3 Routine maintenance tuning of channels, convergence and user interface configuration that are available within the users remit are not covered under the manufacturers guarantee.
11.4 All products that are found to be working to the manufacturers specifications will be subject to carriage and inspection surcharges. In addition NXT GEN will charge a 300dhs flat rate administration fee for processing information.
11.5 The Dielectric Glass is not covered under the warranty

12. Under Guarantee Repairs
12.1 All goods that develop faults over 21 days from receipt should be reported to Client support  by completing a customer service document that is to be sent back via post, fax or email to: support@dmtv-uae.ae detailing your problem, this form is available from the Client Support team on our Web site.
12.2 All large items will be collected by your local service center and repaired in an authorised service center.
12.3 Where appropriate Client Support will provide details of your local authorised service center for products that are covered by a return to base warranty.
12.4 We advise all customers that if they are packaging the goods for return; NXT GEN recommend that the original box and packaging material should be used where available as should the goods be packaged in a negligent manner, then you will be responsible for the damage that may be sustained during transit.
12.5 All Service Agent charges plus an administration fee of 300dhs will be invoiced to the consumer in the event of the consumer refusing the repair or the product being found to be working to the manufacturers specifications.
12.6 Client Support will contact you and provide you with a returns address and reference number for annotation on the packaging of the unit.
12.7 LCD technology: please be aware that LCD panels are manufactured with a remarkably high level of precision technology. As such the manufacturer cannot guarantee and the buyer needs to be aware that sometimes parts of the screen may have missing or colored pixels. This is not considered a malfunction with the LCD panel; however manufacturers have a tolerance level as to the level of failed pixels where they may consider taking the unit back as faulty for refund/exchange (please see terms and conditions). We suggest contacting the manufacturer regarding the tolerance levels on their products.

13 Cancellation Policy
13.1 NXT GEN is a customized solution provider, as a customized solution provider the items we make are specific to each client requests. The cancellation of such order can only be deemed viable if cancellation request is raised within 72 hours of order being placed.
13.2 If cancellation is requested within the time frame of 72 hours the order will be cancelled and full re -fund given
13.3 If cancellation request is not submitted to NXT GEN within the 72 hours, the order will not be cancelled and will be processed with NO refund
13.4 NXT GEN will review each cancellation requests case by case to best resolve a situation.

14. Returned Goods
14.1 Goods that we find working to manufacturers specifications will be returned to you and the cost of the carriage charged to your account. Any returned goods refused to be accepted back by the customer will also incur direct costs at a minimum 15% of the invoice price plus a flat rate of 300dhs administration fee for processing.
14.2 The regulations impose a responsibility on the consumer to take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied. The obligation applies before as well as after the consumer has given the notice of cancellation.
14.3 If you return the goods, you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to see that they are received by us and not damaged in transit, as such we advise our customers to retain the original box and packaging materials provided with the goods. Should the goods be returned by the courier not in their original box and packaging, the courier will not insure the goods against damage. Any free or promotional gifts received with the product must also be returned.
14.5 We advise our customers that all accessories should be unopened; including cabinets, remote controls, speaker wire, batteries and SCART leads, any accessories missing from the returned product will incur an administration charge of 300dhs plus the replacement cost from the manufacturer.
14.6 Goods that have been purchased and have failed within 28 days of receipt will be collected inspected and repaired, replaced or refunded if they do not fall within manufacturers specifications, this does not affect your consumer rights.
13.8 You should complete a customer service document that should be sent back via post, fax or email to support@dmtv-uae.ae detailing your problem, this form is available from the website.

15. Charges
15.1 Due to government legislations regarding inner city congestion, any additional costs incurred may be levied back to you. This includes delivery, collections and engineer call outs. Please call 04 5584611 or alternatively email info@nxtgenuae.com  for more information.

16. Miscellaneous
16.1 You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full.
16.2 You will receive an invoice on receipt of the goods and copies are available by emailing accounts@dmtv-uae.ae
16.3 Phone calls may be recorded for training purposes.
16.4 Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
16.5 These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you and do not affect your consumer rights.
